Neelam Chopra is the administrator/owner who leads the Lotus team with a passion for helping her clients to feel beautiful in mind, body, and soul.

Neelam has pursued her passion for beauty and rejuvenation since 2016. She is a certified CoolSculpting consultant and has acquired many other certifications in the field of massage therapy, esthetics, skincare as well as a full range of body therapies.

Neelam personally involves herself in all the top-quality services that the spa has to offer that aim to refresh a client’s appearance and restore a youthful

glow. She believes that the aesthetic industry is constantly evolving and continues to expand upon the treatments she offers, transforming her spa into a full-service Aesthetic Institute. These services allow her to provide the highest quality aesthetic techniques transforming the skin and the body with beautiful results.

Dr. Jetley is board certified in Emergency Medicine and has over 10 years of experience in treating a variety of medical conditions across all patient populations. He completed his professional training and residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo, OH.

As an adjunct to Emergency Medicine, his expertise now extends to acute outpatient care, working and managing several urgent care centers across Northern New Jersey.  

Dr. Jetley is excited to join Lotus Health & Aesthetics and looks forward to this new endeavour!

Brittany has been a nurse practitioner for 4 years as a graduate from Monmouth University. Brittany received her training with special interest in Botox and Dermal fillers from the National Laser Institute. Brittany's background also includes working as a nurse practitioner at Immediate Care Urgent Care and Hackensack Meridian- Southern Ocean Medical Center in the Emergency Room. Brittany resides in Howell, and has been married for 3 years with a 1 year old son. She enjoys yoga, spin, and spending her extra time at the beach.

Nicole has worked in healthcare since the age of 16 and has a passion for helping others. She graduated in 2013 from Georgian Court University with her BSN and continued her education at Monmouth University completing her Master’s Degree in 2019 as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Nicole’s nursing clinical experience includes home IV therapy infusions and the Emergency Room. Nicole currently works at Immediate Care Urgent Care as a FNP.  Nicole obtained training at National Laser Institute, with a focus in Botox and Filler. 

Kelsey Coughlin has been with Lotus Health & Aesthetics since 2017. She first joined the facility as a Laser Technician and quickly rose to the role of Practice Manager of the medical institute. Although her role is Practice Manager, she does a little bit of everything! Kelsey is responsible for marketing, weekly and monthly promotions, social media and is the Laser Technician. Being immersed in the industry and passionate about helping others look and feel their best, has led Kelsey to further her career through nursing school, which she hopes to attend in the fall. 

Kelsey graduated from Brookdale Community College with an Associate's Degree in 2014 and shortly thereafter graduated with an Esthetician License from Robert Fiance Beauty School. She went on to continue her education at Institute of Laser Medicine, where she received her Laser Certification.

Alyssa is an Esthetician who uses her skills in a unique way by learning each clients skin, educating and guiding her clients on the proper at home routine and treats each client accordingly in the spa to achieve their overall skin care goals.

Cathy Damiano has a real passion for massage therapy,health,wellness and has 30 years of experience. Cathy graduated from Ocean Massage Institute.She specializes in Swedish,deep tissue,prenatal,hot stone.

She customize her massages to your individual needs.

Janine Bigos, LMT, CHC, is a graduate of the American Institute of Alternative Medicine, where she completed the Medical Massage and Spa Therapy Program. Her experience includes: Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Chair Massage, Myofascial Release, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

She holds additional certifications in Orthopedic Massage and Active Isolated Stretching, which she obtained by training with top experts in the industry. Additionally, she is a MELT Method instructor, training with Sue Hitzmann, the creator of the practice and is a Certified Reiki Practitioner.

Janine Bigos graduated from the Health Coach Institute with a Certification in Health Coaching, and then went on to continue her coaching education at the Master Health Coach Academy.

Janine has worked in corporate health and wellness as well as private sector for many years. She is incredibly passionate of her work in helping others to thrive.

Erika graduated from Rowan University with a bachelor’s degree in Busines Management and has utilized those skills over the years in various customer service and hospitality. She went on to continue her education for her true passion and completed the esthetics program at Capri Institute in 2019. When you look your best, you feel your best- and Erika is happy to be a part of an industry that can empower you to do both.

Lexi is one of our front desk receptionists who is currently working on her bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration. Lexi aspires to gain knowledge in all aspects of healthcare and is also working in a hospital for RWJ Barnabas Health to further her experience within a clinical setting. She is happy to be part of the lotus family and to help enhance our woman owned business.
